ABOUT

I am the owner and Pilot in Command (PIC) of Certified Aerials. I gained my certification of the FAA's Remote Pilot Test Part 107 in November of 2018. Having passed the knowledge test, I am able to commercially operate remote unmanned aerial vehicles legally in areas other remote UAV pilots cannot. Evaluating flight plans and creating safety procedures is the best way to mitigate the risk involved with a remote operation and it is key to the success of the mission and therefore your project.

As a "day job" I am a live sports television camera guy dealing with a wide range of cameras including, my favorite, the super slow-motion camera. I studied Film at Penn State University and have traveled to many destinations since graduation. Most notably, I was presented with an Emmy Award for my part in the production of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
